1.How long does it take to receive my parcel?
There are two shipping methods:
Items in the collection "Fast Delivery" will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United States. The general timeframe is:
Standard Delivery: 3-7days（It may be delayed for 3-5 days due to irresistible reasons such as the epidemic）
Items in other collection will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. The general timeframe is:
Standard Delivery: 9-14days（It may be delayed for 3-5 days due to irresistible reasons such as the epidemic）
Sorry for the long wait, but your doll will worth the waiting.
Order processing time refers to the time from when we receive your order to the actual shipment.
Upon receiving your order, we will conduct a strict quality inspection of the item to ensure satisfactory product quality before shipping. This process usually takes 2-5 business days to complete.
If there are multiple items in your order, the processing time may be extended to about 7 days. Also, the order processing time may also be affected by the inventory status or statutory holidays. Please refer to our shop's live announcement for details and updates.

4. Which countries do we ship to?
The countries we can currently ship to are: United States，Australia，Canada，United Kingdom，France，Germany，Norway，Netherlands，new Zealand，Switzerland，Japan，Malaysia，Singapore，Thailand，Russia，Korea，Czech Republic，Hungary，Philippines，Portugal，Poland，Denmark，Austria，Sweden，Belgium，Luxembourg，Greece，Ireland，UAE，Croatia，Mexico，Israel，Brazil，Italy，Spain，Finland
Before the item is officially shipped, you can always make a request to change the shipping address. Please contact our customer service via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and attach your order number and new shipping address/ We are at your service! Please note that after the item is shipped, we can no longer provide you with such assistance, and you will need to bear the costs of return and reship incurred. Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Therefore, the destination country may charge customs duties or import duties once the package reaches the port. If this happens, our customer will be responsible for this part of the transport costs. If a customer rejects the package due to import duties and taxes, the customer is responsible for all return costs incurred including customs fee and handling fee
2-5 days after your package is officially shipped, we will send you the tracking number of the package via email. There are usually slight delays of updates on international packages, so please be patient. If your delivery status has not been updated for more than 25 days, please contact our customer service email: email@example.com and our customer service staff will assist you!
If you find that the delivery status of your package has not been updated, please don't worry! Please contact our customer service email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to assist you!
If you are notified that your package has arrived at the destination, please sign for it or go to the local post office to collect it as soon as possible. If you do not sign for the package timely, it may be returned to the place of delivery by the logistics service provider. In this case, the customer will bear all return costs, and this website is not responsible for any costs incurred due to this reason.
