⭐ Currently, we have only set up local warehouses in the USA, which means that some selected products with sufficient inventory can be shipped to the United States within 3-7 days.
⭐ In the future, we will successively set up local warehouses in CAN, UK, AUS, and Europe countries. We sincerely hope that the baby you purchase can safely arrive home at a clip.

1.How long does it take to receive my parcel?
There are two shipping methods:
Fast Delivery
Items in the collection "Fast Delivery" will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United States. The general timeframe is:
Standard Delivery: 3-7days(It may be delayed for 3-5 days due to irresistible reasons such as the epidemic)
Standard delivery
Items in other collection will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. The general timeframe is:
Standard Delivery: 8-12days(It may be delayed for 3-5 days due to irresistible reasons such as the epidemic)

Order processing time refers to the time from when we receive your order to the actual shipment.
Upon receiving your order, we will conduct a strict quality inspection of the item to ensure satisfactory product quality before shipping. This process usually takes 2-5 business days to complete.
If there are multiple items in your order, the processing time may be extended to about 7 days. Also, the order processing time may also be affected by the inventory status or statutory holidays. Please refer to our shop's live announcement for details and updates.

Before the item is officially shipped, you can always make a request to change the shipping address. Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Therefore, the destination country may charge customs duties or import duties once the package reaches the port. 2-5 days after your package is officially shipped, we will send you the tracking number of the package via email. If you are notified that your package has arrived at the destination, please sign for it or go to the local post office to collect it as soon as possible. If you do not sign for the package timely, it may be returned to the place of delivery by the logistics service provider. Attention: The actual weight of the full silicone baby dolls is more approximate to that of the real baby, thus the freight cost will rise within a reasonable range.The actual freight will be charged according to the price and weight of the full silicone baby you purchase, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
