1. When will the order be shipped?

Order processing time refers to the time from when we receive your order to the actual shipment.

If there are multiple items in your order, the processing time may be extended to about 7 days. Also, the order processing time may also be affected by the inventory status or statutory holidays. For United States residents, your parcels will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United States. The general timeframe is:

For residents from countries and regions outside of the United States, your parcels will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. The general timeframe is:

5. How to change the address after placing an order?

Before the item is officially shipped, you can always make a request to change the shipping address. Please contact our customer service via email: service@rebornshops.com and attach your order number and new shipping address/ We are at your service! Please note that after the item is shipped, we can no longer provide you with such assistance, and you will need to bear the costs of return and reship incurred. 6.Duties & Taxes.

Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Therefore, the destination country may charge customs duties or import duties once the package reaches the port. If this happens, our customer will be responsible for this part of the transport costs. If a customer rejects the package due to import duties and taxes, the customer is responsible for all return costs incurred including customs fee and handling fee

 

7. How to track my order?

2-5 days after your package is officially shipped, we will send you the tracking number of the package via email. There are usually slight delays of updates on international packages, so please be patient. If your delivery status has not been updated for more than 25 days, please contact our customer service email: service@rebornshops.com and our customer service staff will assist you!

9. Delivery status shows that the package was returned to the place of delivery.

If you are notified that your package has arrived at the destination, please sign for it or go to the local post office to collect it as soon as possible. If you do not sign for the package timely, it may be returned to the place of delivery by the logistics service provider. In this case, the customer will bear all return costs, and this website is not responsible for any costs incurred due to this reason.
