Return and Exchange Policy
If your order has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us with the order number and information on the product that you would like to change to. If the price of the product you want to change to is higher than the originally ordered product, you are required to pay the price difference; if the price of the new product is lower than the originally ordered product, we will refund you the price difference.
If your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change the product anymore in delivery.
2. How to cancel an order?
If your package has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order, and we will refund you 100% of the order amount. Please note that we do not accept cancellations after the package has already been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
3. I have received a damaged item.
We will try our best to deliver the products to you intact. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team and attach an image within 48 hours upon receipt. We will fully refund the original product price and shipping costs, or reship you a replacement free of charge and bear all other costs.
4. I have received an incorrect item.
If the item you have received is completely different from the order, please contact our customer service team and attach an image within 48 hours upon receipt. We will provide a full refund!
5. How to send in your return?
If you dislike/are dissatisfied with the product and would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt. Please note that your return must be undamaged, unused, and will not affect the reselling of the product. Upon receiving your return, we will refund you the order amount excluding the shipping costs.
