1. Can you change the product after placing an order?

3. I have received a damaged item.

We will try our best to deliver the products to you intact. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team and attach an image within 48 hours upon receipt. We will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange service.

5. How to send in your return?

If you dislike/are dissatisfied with the product and would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt. Please note that your return must be undamaged, unused, and will not affect the reselling of the product. Upon receiving your return, we will refund you the order amount excluding the shipping costs.

 1.How long does it take to receive my parcel?

There are two shipping methods:

Fast Delivery

Items in the collection "Fast Delivery" will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United States. The general timeframe is:

Standard Delivery: 3-7days（It may be delayed for 3-5 days due to irresistible reasons such as the epidemic）

Standard delivery 

Items in other collection will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. The general timeframe is:

2.When will the order be shipped?

Order processing time refers to the time from when we receive your order to the actual shipment.

Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Therefore, the destination country may charge customs duties or import duties once the package reaches the port.
