1. Can you change the product after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us with the order number and information on the product that you would like to change to. There are two shipping methods:

Fast Delivery

Items in the collection "Fast Delivery" will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United States. The general timeframe is:

Standard delivery 

Items in other collection will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. The general timeframe is:

2.When will the order be shipped?

Order processing time refers to the time from when we receive your order to the actual shipment.
